Signing up for Computer Labs and Laptop Carts

Using Sharepoint to book computer labs is easy! Always navigate to the calendar to check availability. Then, book an available time slot directly on the calendar or send a meeting invitation (places the item on both the Sharepoint calendar and your outlook calendar). Laptop carts are available for Adult Education too! You will obtain the cart from the last user. Be sure to count the number of laptops and inspect the condition. Notify the IT department if there are any missing laptops, missing keys, or problems with the laptops. Please, do not think that post-it notes on computers will result in repair! Notify the technology department through an IT Assist work order!!
